SHIPPING
Due to DHL Express pulling out of the United States we now use UPS. This limits us to ground shipping as air is too expensive. If we leave the roses in a box longer than 2 days they will not live long after they are placed in a vase. So check the MAP below and you can see how far UPS ground ships within 2 days. But if the delivery is outside of the 2 day area we can ship UPS air. It's just that it costs so much more. If you want next day delivery in the 1 day delivery area shown on the map below, please order before noon, and select ground delivery. If 2 day delivery is OK then we can deliver in the 2 day delivery also shown on the map below.
OTHER SHIPPING NOTES
They can be delivered to your house or your place of work. We are charged an extra $14/box for Saturday delivery. Also, there is no delivery or pick up on Sunday. So this means that we cannot deliver on Monday either unless it is a local delivery that we will do personally. We can only ship in the continental United States.
PACKAGING
Our roses are securely fastened inside an insulated box. In addition to the roses we include freezer packs which, with the insulation, insure the roses stay as fresh as possible no matter what environment exists outside the box. One additional step we have taken to keep the roses as fresh as possible is provide a water source. This source was specially designed for roses in transport. Once the roses arrive at your door the Care Instructions and the 3 flower food packets will help you keep your roses alive as long as possible.
DELIVERY
While we do everything we can to make sure fresh roses arrive at you door step it is still important that someone is home to take the delivery so the roses are not left outside. If the roses freeze they die immediately. If they are left in the heat the cold packs will only last another hour or two. After that the rose performance will degrade. As soon as the roses arrive it is important to remove the roses from the box and put them in a vase of clean water with one flower food packet as soon as possible.
